About the Roles

Excavator Operators
You'll join a motivated team backed by a full-time surveyor and experienced operator. As we grow, there's an opportunity to operate 3D machine-control-equipped machines and work on everything from basement excavations to driveways & detailed sloped site cuts.

Concreters
Work alongside an experienced architectural concreter on anything from slabs, paths, footings, curved off-form retaining walls and custom concrete pools. You'll be involved in the process from start to finish.

Skilled Landscapers & Multi-Trades
Be part of the entire project— from setout to construction (you’ll get to learn how to use a total station & GPS rover). You’ll work on high-end hardscape projects and develop skills across concrete, carpentry, landscaping and excavation with support from some of the best in the business.

We’re led by an experienced builder/landscaper and a surveyor who live for complex projects — from custom-fabricated front gates to architectural curved retaining walls, all the way through to full landscape packages. What We Do

Modern Contemporary Landscaping – Structural and design-led residential work

Hardscaping & Bespoke Features – Driveways, floating stairs, crazy paving

Architectural Concrete – Off-form retaining walls, fire pits, bench seating

Carpentry – Formwork, decking, fences, and outdoor structures

Concrete Pools – Custom off-form designs

Excavation & Rock Placement – From backyards to basements

3D Design & Surveying Setout – In house CAD design & total station setout

What We’re Looking For

Trade background in landscaping, concreting, excavation, concrete pools or similar

Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

Positive team attitude with initiative

White card, driver’s licence, and basic tools

Nice to Haves

Machine tickets (excavator, posi-track)

Experience in landscaping

Confident operating small machinery
