We're currently looking for a Data Analyst to join our client's Data & Analytics (D&A) team on a 12-month fixed term contract. If you’re someone who enjoys solving problems, uncovering insights, and making a meaningful impact, this could be your next move. You’ll work with a collaborative team of professionals to support data-informed decision-making across operations, finance, procurement, and more — all while learning from a modern data stack and experienced colleagues.

What you’ll be doing:

• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and turn them into data-driven solutions.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data extracts that drive decision-making.
• Respond to ad hoc data requests with clear analysis and insight.
• Build and manage data models and pipelines in our enterprise data warehouse.
• Help document data definitions, logic, and processes to support knowledge sharing.

What we’re looking for:

• SQL | Power BI | Snowflake | DBT | Python | Git | Tabular Editor

• Background in Big4 Consulting or Healthcare industry.
• Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Proven experience turning business questions into data insights.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and an understanding of data modelling principles.
• Confidence in communicating findings and crafting data-driven stories.
• A growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Strong personal drive and ability to work autonomously in a purpose-led environment.
