We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst with strong expertise in the energy and gas sector to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about data integration, migration, validation, and management, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead data migration and integration projects, ensuring seamless transitions from legacy systems to modern platforms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data flows, integration points, and system requirements.

Develop and implement ETL processes, ensuring data quality, validation, and compliance.

Work closely with stakeholders to draft business cases and secure approval for key initiatives.

Support data governance and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.

What You Bring:

5+ years as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.

Expertise in data integration, ETL processes, and SQL databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle).

Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Strong experience in business process modelling (BPMN, UML) and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).

Solid understanding of on-premises infrastructure, hybrid cloud, and security best practices.

Industry experience in the Energy & Utilities sector is a must.
