• Immediate start in this contract role paying $62 - $72 per hour + Super with possibility for extension

ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction activities to ensure quality standards are met. Serve as a main point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns. Lead contracts administration and tendering processes.

DUTIES

• Develop Project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment
• Ensure that the projects comply with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
• Prepare reports on project progress, issues, and changes for stakeholders

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor of Construction Management/Civil Engineering or a related field
• Great Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with Project Management software like Asana, Trello, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project
• Prior experience as a Project Manager in Buildings, Open spaces, Civil projects.
