About the Role:

We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager ready to jump into a high-energy environment and support the Store Manager in leading one of the boldest retail teams in the game.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the Store Manager to drive performance and lead a high-energy team.
• Helping manage store operations, staff development, and customer experience with confidence.
• Keeping visual merchandising, stock levels and in-store standards looking sharp and on-brand.
• Stepping up to run the show when the Store Manager’s off shift.
• Coaching, mentoring, and motivating a team to hit sales targets and deliver standout service.

About You:

• Previous experience as a Store Manager or senior Assistant Manager in a retail environment.
• Confident leading teams in a large-format setting with multiple moving parts.
• Hands-on, energetic and passionate about coaching and building a strong, positive team culture.
• Strong operational skills, you love a tidy back-of-house and a slick front-of-house.
• You’re customer-obsessed, thrive under pressure, and always bring the good vibes.
