Personal Assistant/Secretary
We are a well-established and dynamic company located in Hawthorn and are seeking for a passionate, organised Secretary to join our team.
Key Responsibilities for the position include:
General office administration duties such as telephone and email correspondence, assisting with customer queries.
Support the managing director as required
Assist with invoicing
Organise freight and shipping
To be successful in the position you must possess the following:
Excellent English, both verbal and written
Ability to positively engage with others
Be proactive with a 'can do' attitude
Great attention to detail.
Be reliable with a good work ethic
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Proficient in computer skills
Tertiary education preferred
Past experience in organising shipping from overseas will be highly regarded
What's on Offer:
-Mon-Fri 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
-Onsite Parking Available
Annual salary $68,000 negotiable
You will work at our Hawthorn office.
