We have an exciting opportunity for a Ticketing & Sales Team Leader to join our team!

What You Will Do:

As the Ticketing and Sales Team Leader, you will supervise a highly skilled team, ensuring the smooth and profitable operation of ticket sales for all Creative Life venues and events. Your leadership will be key in implementing strategies that maximize audience reach, boost ticket sales, and enhance the customer experience. This is a critical role that combines strategic thinking, data analysis, team management, and customer service to achieve outstanding results.

What We Are Looking For:

Tertiary qualifications in the disciplines of business, management or marketing and/or high-level experience in marketing and sales and promotion of arts venues and activities.

Demonstrated strong conceptual, analytical and statistical interpretation skills including the ability to produce high quality reports and recommendations.

Demonstrated experience in online marketing and engagement strategies including practical understanding of web and data analytics and content management protocols.

Highly developed, leadership, staff management, and organisational systems planning and implementation skills.

Administrative and organisational skills and experience with database systems, Microsoft Office suite including MS Excel and ticketing reporting and analytics programs.

Understanding of key trends relative to the performing arts and events industry and their implications to Local Government and the community.
