• Proven Experience: Strong background in property project management with a history of successful project delivery.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the South Australian property landscape, including regulations, trends, and stakeholder dynamics.
• Strong Organisation: Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities, and stay ahead of deadlines.
• Clear Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of stakeholders.
• Independent & Proactive: Comfortable working remotely and autonomously, with a results-driven mindset.
• Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Qualifications: A tertiary qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
