Product Manager/Lead Product Manager – Lending (Home Loans Focus)

We’re working with a fintech that’s transforming how banks run—think cloud-based, fully integrated, and way less complex. Their platform handles everything from infrastructure, payment to daily operations so banks can focus on what matters: delivering great customer experiences.

Now they’re looking for a two Product Managers to lead the charge on lending—especially home loans. If you’ve built or managed regulated lending products and know your way around the Aussie market, this could be a great fit.

What you’ll be doing:

• Shaping the vision and roadmap for lending products, with a focus on home loans
• Collaborating with engineering, design, and solution teams to build and launch new features
• Using customer feedback, data, and testing to guide decisions and improve outcomes
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Supporting the business side—making sure the product performs commercially and operationally

What they’re looking for:

• Solid experience as a Product Manager in home loans / mortgages—in the Australian market
• Deep understanding of the regulatory landscape (responsible lending, compliance, credit policies, etc.)
• Experience working in B2B or SaaS environments is a plus
• Familiarity with agile, test-and-learn, and iterative development approaches
• Able to balance customer needs, business goals, and tech constraints
• Strong communication skills—able to align different teams and get buy-in from stakeholders
• Comfortable in fast-moving environments where not everything is figured out yet
