Award ESS specifically targets projects relating to the effective management/supervision of Installation, Programming, Pre Commissioning, Commissioning and Completion of work in these disciplines.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Security Technician (NV1 defence clearance desirable) to support the delivery of electronic security solutions across a wide range of construction sites in WA. You’ll be working with cutting-edge systems including intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Install and configure electronic security systems on construction sites

Perform system checks, diagnostics, and fault-finding

Cable, conduit, device, rack and panel installation

Work both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality solutions

Maintain a high standard of customer service and technical accuracy

What You’ll Bring

Solid troubleshooting skills and technical aptitude

Understanding of industry standards and security system regulations

Attention to detail and a commitment to doing things right

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Required Certifications

NV1 – Defence Clearance (desirable)

Cabling License

WA Security License (desirable or willingness to obtain)

Driver’s License

White Card or equivalent (or willingness to obtain)

You will be responsible for

Service, maintenance, minor works installation and commissioning of alarms, access control, CCTV, and associated systems.
