About the role

The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. This role is across multiple sites across the Sydney CBD and Eastern Suburbs region.

​Duties include but are not limited to:

Maintain focus and observe the activities associated with asset protection (client site)

Ensure that with knowledge of the client site and requirements and any out of the ordinary events are identified and actioned

Ensure only authorised persons are on site, and use computerised access control systems as required

Reading, understanding and signing off on specific site requirements

Maintain logs and records of occurrences, complete necessary paperwork as required

Provide information, directions and other information as required, to clients/customers, in person, or over the telephone

Skills & experience

Certificate II in Security Operations

Security Licence

Previous experience in a customer facing role

Experience in security operations (ideal, but not necessary)

Positive attitude, great communication skills, willingness to learn and adapt

Australian Citizenship required; NV1 or Baseline clearance (or the ability to obtain)

Australian Defence force experience is desirable
