Positions:

Vibrant Services Group are currently seeking suitably qualified, experienced & motivated security officers to join our team.

Positions include full time, part time and casual roles.

Positions include static, mobile and multi-site roles.

Duties:

Provide a visible security presence.

Provide customer/client assistance.

Conduct regular foot and/or vehicle patrols.

Conduct regular inspections of designated locations.

Perform lock and/or unlock duties.

Perform customer/client escorts.

Identify, escalate & document risks or concerns.

Identify, escalate & document maintenance issues.

Collate security reports including incident, activity and site specific.

Collate & forward security, client or visitor information.

Provide support to onsite visitors, staff and suppliers.

Provide mediation, de-escalation or verbal intervention

Any other duty reasonably and lawfully requested by management.

Selection Criteria Includes But Is Not Limited To:

A current TAS Security License.

A current TAS Driver License.

A current Senior First Aid Certificate.

Appropriate Communication Skills.

Appropriate Presentation.

Appropriate Interpersonal Skills.

Ability to utilise reporting app's.

Ability to utilise security equipment.

Ability to work unsupervised.

Capacity to work various shifts including Days, Nights, Weekends and Public Holiday

Conversant with legislative provisions pertaining to security operations.

Conversant with relevant de-escalation, body positioning and non-physical management techniques.
