ABOUT THE POSITION.

Manage the development of construction documentation packages for medium to large scale multi-residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects. Be hands-on with projects, strengthening your portfolio and expertise in construction delivery in line with Australian Standards.

DUTIES.

• Produce high-quality pre-construction documentation
• Contribute to floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details
• Coordinate with various consultants, attend site meetings

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

• Tertiary qualification in Architecture
• 4+ years’ experience on multi-residential projects
• Strong Revit competency in construction documentation
