The role

An exciting opportunity is available for a Registered Architect or highly experienced Residential Draftsperson (Graduate of Architecture) to join our thriving and passionate team.

Utilise your well-honed drafting experience to create breath-taking designs for renovations and residential builds to bring our clients one step closer to their dream home.

Requirements

Minimum of 5+ years' experience

Full unrestricted Australian working rights

Highly skilled in Revit (knowledge and use)

Knowledge and Use of Enscape desirable.

Understanding of residential and multi-res documentation

Ability to measure existing dwellings for proposed renovations

Knowledge of building codes NCC, Australian standards and QDC

Confidence speaking and coordinating with consultants

Ability to read and understand consultant documentation

Rendering capabilities/experience desirable (but not essential)

Knowledge of AutoCAD desirable (but not essential)

Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines

Note: Higher Salary compensation for Registered Architects with 5+ years experience
