About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Construction Administrator to join our team in a flexible part-time capacity (20–30 hours per week). This role will support our Director and construction team with administration, compliance, and basic bookkeeping tasks to keep our projects running smoothly.

You'll play a key role behind the scenes - helping us stay organised, efficient, and focused on delivering a great client experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

Preparing and managing construction contracts and project documentation

Tracking variations, milestones and compliance deadlines

Maintaining subcontractor insurance and WorkSafe records

Raising and managing purchase orders and matching invoices

Uploading receipts in Hubdoc and reconciling bank transactions in Xero

Preparing timesheets and payroll-related admin

Assisting with general day-to-day construction admin tasks

What We’re Looking For

You’re a strong all-rounder who’s confident in your admin skills and thrives in a fast-paced, organised environment. You’re someone who:

Has experience in construction admin, estimating, or similar

Communicates clearly and professionally

Takes initiative and solves problems proactively

Has great attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Is familiar with Excel, and/or project management systems (experience with Wunderbuild/buildertrend will be looked upon favorably)

Is a team player with a positive, can-do attitude
