Contract Administrator – Retail & Fit-Out Projects
Location: City Fringe (East)
Rate: $50–55 p/hr + Super
Contract: 2 months (potential for permanent placement)
Start Date: 28th April (Interviews next week)

Are you an experienced Contract Administrator with a strong background in retail or fit-out projects? Join a leading refurbishment team and contribute to fast-paced retal/Shopfit projects, supporting procurement and administration efforts from an office-based role.
About the Role:

• Support procurement alongside another CA or take ownership of tasks independently.
• Administer contracts efficiently within an ongoing procurement phase.
• Let trades and coordinate subcontractor engagements with speed and accuracy.
• Ensure seamless administration and payment processes (Procore & Jobpac experience advantageous).
• Manage procurement at scale—volume and speed are key.

About You:
Proven experience in retail or fit-out projects.
Proficient in procurement processes, contract administration, and payments.
Procure & Jobpac experience
Ability to hit the ground running, delivering results in a fast-moving environment.
