About the Role
As a HR Business Analyst, you will work at the intersection of business analysis and HR/payroll systems to support the successful implementation of new HR technologies.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Gathering and documenting business requirements in a waterfall environment
• Facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings to elicit detailed business needs
• Collaborating with Payroll SMEs and other internal teams (e.g., rostering, workforce planning)
• Process mapping and developing procedure manuals and documentation
• Supporting testing activities including preparation, coordination, and execution
• Acting as a conduit between HR, Payroll, and IT to ensure cohesive delivery
• Providing hands-on support to SMEs throughout the implementation process

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring a unique combination of HR operational understanding and business analysis expertise. You will ideally possess:

• Proven experience working within HR teams in large enterprise environments
• Previous involvement in implementing HR systems, with Oracle Fusion HCM experience highly desirable
• A strong understanding of payroll and how it interacts with HR systems
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong documentation, process mapping, and analytical abilities
• A proactive and self-driven approach, with the ability to operate independently
• A collaborative mindset with a flexible, team-oriented attitude
