Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for helping customers create their ideal lifestyle?
Eco Portables is at the forefront of Australia’s growing portable home sector — designing stylish, certified, and fully customisable modular homes. We are seeking a Sales Leader to take ownership of our Goodna Display Centre, managing a steady flow of high-quality, pre-booked client appointments.
This is a premium, high-performance sales opportunity for a confident closer who values trust-based relationships, a structured sales process, and a customer-first approach.
Your ability to listen, identify needs, and recommend tailored solutions will ensure you consistently deliver value and close with confidence.
Responsibilities include:
Managing 20+ weekly appointments with pre-qualified customers
Conducting personalised consultations to understand client needs, land/site conditions, and compliance requirements
Presenting 3D virtual tours and showroom walkthroughs
Preparing detailed proposals with layout, upgrade, and delivery options
Guiding customers through every step — from design to deposit
Collaborating with operations and logistics teams to ensure delivery success
Managing all communication and tasks via HubSpot CRM
About You
Proven track record in face-to-face, high-ticket sales (e.g., property, modular homes, lifestyle products)
Strong Queensland local knowledge (building regulations, council approval awareness a plus)
Comfortable leading client interactions with confidence, integrity, and empathy
Highly organised with exceptional time management and follow-up discipline
Familiar with using CRM platforms like HubSpot to manage pipeline and tasks
Able to work autonomously while representing a high-quality, fast-paced brand
Must be based onsite at our Goodna Display Centre — not a remote position
