We're partnering with a leading and established Australian FinTech company. They are in a stage of expansion and looking for a senior performance manager to accelerate growth and acquisition across the APAC region.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to implement and then innovate world-class acquisition campaigns across SEM, Meta, display, video, & native content

Develop and execute CRO strategies

Utilise data analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns

Own relationships with publishers, AdTech vendors, and platforms to optimise effectiveness

Working closely with product, performance marketing and leadership teams to increase awareness and cohesion

About You

Around 5 years experience in a growth orientated performance/aquasition role

Strong knowledge of online performance marketing strategies & technology across social, google, video and display

Degree in marketing is preferable

Ability to think on feet and adapt to ever-changing markets and demands

Ability to work with and present proposals to the senior leadership team

This person can come from agency client side or start up background and any of these is happily considered. The most important attribute is proven experience and mindset in pushing boundaries, taking risks and strategizing innovative marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be someone who can re re-write the marketing playbook!
