About the Companies
We are partnering with several respected civil construction and infrastructure contractors across New South Wales, to support their upcoming WHS needs on an interim basis. As project pipelines expand, we're seeking expressions of interest from WHS Advisors to WHS Managers, looking to join dynamic project teams and contribute to the safe delivery of major works.

About the Role
These contract roles offer exposure to significant infrastructure and civil projects, including road, rail, water, and utilities. You'll work alongside project engineers, supervisors, and safety leaders to deliver proactive health and safety support at the site level. Whether you're a seasoned contractor or looking for a new challenge in project-based work, we'd love to hear from you.

Duties

• Provide on-site safety support across active construction zones and civil infrastructure works
• Conduct toolbox talks, pre-starts, site inspections, and assist with incident investigations
• Support the implementation of project-specific HSE management plans and SWMS
• Monitor site compliance with WHS legislation and company procedures
• Engage with workers and subcontractors to promote a positive safety culture
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and reporting activities

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a Health and Safety role within construction, civils, or infrastructure
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with frontline workers
• White Card and minimum Cert IV in Work Health and Safety (Diploma highly regarded)
• Knowledge of WHS legislation, risk assessment, and control measures
• Ability to hit the ground running and work independently on-site
