About the role

Greentech is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team across our multi-franchise dealership, representing Geely, Omoda& Jaecoo, Zeekr and so on.

What you'll be doing

Manage and lead a team of sales consultants to meet and exceed sales targets.

Coach, develop and motivate the sales team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Actively engage with customers, handle sales inquiries, and close deals to contribute directly to the dealership's revenue goals.

Analyse sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

Provide regular reporting to senior management on sales performance, both team and individual, and team development.

Liaise with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and industry regulations.

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years' experience in a sales role in the automotive industry.

Leading and motivating a high-performing sales team to achieve targets.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and implement effective sales strategies.
