The Opportunity
We're seeking a high calibre individual to join our Broking Services team in our Head Office in West Perth. This is a fast-paced role which will require a high level of administration and data entry skills. Reporting to the Broking Support Coordinator, key responsibilities include:
- Accurate data entry and processing of invoices, renewals, endorsements and new business.
- Maintaining relationships with our Insurance Brokers by responding to phone and email enquiries, delivering to deadlines.
- Working effectively with immediate team members to ensure monthly KPIs are being met.
- Providing processing support to eight offices Australia wide.
About You
While insurance experience would be an advantage, you'll be looking for an opportunity to provide superb customer service and contribute to our positive team dynamics. You will offer:
- Fast paced data entry skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, think ahead and multitask.
- Motivation to contribute directly to the achievement of KPIs.
- A self-starter approach, eager to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), engaging effectively at all levels.
- Tier 2 qualified (desirable but not essential).
