About the Position: Join our client's established Personal Injury division, where you will manage a dynamic caseload of high-value personal injury claims including motor vehicle accidents (MVA), workers' compensation, public liability, and complex catastrophic injury matters. The firm services a broad client base, from individuals to large insurers, with a strong focus on client advocacy and successful outcomes.

As a trusted member of the team, you will:

• Lead and manage a range of personal injury files autonomously
• Support and mentor junior lawyers and paralegals
• Work closely with Partners to drive strategic outcomes for clients
• Participate in business development and growth initiatives
• Be offered flexibility and support to pursue career progression to Partner level

This position is ideal for an Associate or Senior Associate - Personal Injury Lawyer looking to elevate their career in a national firm that values leadership, legal excellence, and client service.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years PAE in Personal Injury law (private practice)
• Experience across MVA, Workers Comp, Public Liability or CTP claims
• A strong billables record and ability to manage files independently
• Desire to mentor juniors and contribute to team development
• Client-focused, commercially savvy, and driven to succeed
