About the Role
Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting a positive employee experience across the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding, engagement to development. You'll be hands-on with HR processes, help drive culture initiatives, and be a go-to person for everyday people-related questions.

Key Responsibilities

Support the delivery of people initiatives across the business

Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes

Maintain employee records and support HR systems

Help coordinate training, development, and performance review processes

Promote company values and a positive workplace culture

Provide day-to-day support and advice to team members and managers

Assist with events, wellness programs, and culture-building activities

About You

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar HR / People & Culture role

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Passionate about creating a great employee experience

Comfortable working with confidential information

Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
