Established in 2003, Alliance Geotechnical provides innovative specialty consultancy and testing services on large scale civil and infrastructure projects. Over the last 10 years we have grown from 20 to 150 employees and we now work on a diverse range of signature projects with blue-chip clients such as CPB, John Holland, Acciona, Ausgrid, Jemena, Downer and Fulton Hogan. For example, we have worked on projects in the Sydney Opera House, Western Sydney Airport, Sydney International Speedway and solar farms across Australia, to name just a few. In 2015 we opened our specialty geo-testing laboratory which liaises with universities to provide state-of-the art testing for Tier 1 companies, and which has the best equipment in Australia. Yet none of this would have been possible without our amazing, diverse team, including more than 30 different nationalities.

We are continuously improving our employees’ welfare via innovations such as our well-being allowance that you can use to buy gym shoes, yoga apps or that backyard trampoline. Or maybe you would like to take a longer holiday with our purchased leave scheme. We also help you build your professional expertise by getting you to work in areas that stretch you, or with others who can help you develop your skillset.
