What you will be doing in the role

To work closely with the Senior Financial Advisor to provide a high level of service to the clients and the continued development of relationships for the future

In consultation with the Senior Advisor discuss outcomes from meetings and complete analysis of client portfolios and recommend relevant changes.

Complete Statements of Advice and ensure lodgment of all investment documentation.

Preparation of all documentation for client reviews and implementation of advice.

Liaise with external providers, referral partners and internal team

To have an understanding of the compliance requirements for the industry and changes to legislative requirements

Assisting with insurance assessments and preparation of quotes

To be considered for the role

Ideally you will have a background in the financial planning/services industry in a back-office support role to advisors

Proficient with XPlan

High attention to detail, ability to develop strong working relationships with clients and the team

To be currently completing your financial advice qualifications

To have a good knowledge of investments, super funds and insurance

To be passionate about the financial advice industry and desire to help clients achieve their financial goals
