This is a full time role, however, a part time roster of 8 or 9 days per fortnight will be considered.
About the role
This is an outstanding opportunity for a procurement and contract management professional to join the team at Legal Aid WA. The Senior Procurement and Contracts Consultant develops, facilitates and / or manages a range of low to high value end-to-end procurement processes and provides contract administration support to internal stakeholders to achieve best practice and value for money outcomes. This is a hands-on role and works across a range of contracts including Information Communications Technology (ICT) Requests, Common Use Arrangements (CUAs), licences, software, goods and services and a small number of community services agreements.
About you
The successful applicant will be an experienced procurement professional, ideally with demonstrated experience working with the Western Australian (WA) Procurement Rules. Candidates with experience with the State Supply Commission policies, now replaced by the WA Procurement Rules, are also encouraged to apply. You will be a self-starter and able to work autonomously. Experience with contact administration, including financials, variations, extensions and contract reviews will be advantageous.

This selection process may be used to fill other similar Legal Aid WA vacancies, in addition to this vacancy, for up to twelve (12) months from the completion date of the selection process. The panel may also search for further candidates beyond the closing date.
