Full-Time Casual Role: A stable role with consistent hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to landscaping projects, including hardscaping and softscaping, with a focus on quality, sustainability, and unique design.

Apply eco-friendly horticulture practices, including permaculture principles, biodiversity, and native plant selection.

Prepare and construct outdoor spaces, including retaining walls, paving, decking, garden beds, and irrigation systems.

Operate and maintain landscaping tools, machinery, and vehicles safely.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum three years of landscaping experience.

Competent carpentry and hardscaping skills required.

Strong knowledge of plants, native vegetation, and irrigation systems.

Excavator and Pozi track license (beneficial but not mandatory).

Knowledge of subtropical plants, Australian natives, and edible plants is highly regarded.

Good physical fitness and stamina to handle the physical demands of the role.

Two references from the landscaping industry required.
