Ethnic Communities Council of WA Incorporated

ECCWA is in the first stages of transformation.
The mountain we are climbing is complex, hard to navigate, and has a summit date. This is an exciting time to join us as part of the transformation Team.
We are looking for someone who is exceptionally organized, committed and wants to be part of a solution. We are aligned to a united vision, Board and staff.
As the peak body of multicultural communities of Western Australia and its member organisations, we are poised to make an impact through systemic advocacy, an agenda of education, political influence, policy, and equity for ethnic committees across WA. We are small and mighty, with a hunger to succeed for those we serve.
This job requires a hands-on approach, innovation, flexibility, a can-do, will-do attitude, and a wide range of administration skills.
If you are ethically driven, a person who is as comfortable with their sleeves up, tackling a variety of administration tasks, then please apply. Non-Government Organisation / Not-For-Profit experience would be very desirable.
We welcome applications from people across our Ethnic communities in WA.
Start Date: 14 July 2025
We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the Whadjuk boodjar on which we work and recognise their continued custodianship and connection to the land, waters and community. It is a privilege to be working on Noongar country. ECCWA is committed to improving the wellbeing of culturally and linguistically diverse (CaLD) communities and endeavours to continue reconciliation efforts of unity, partnership, truth telling, and integrity.
