We are seeking applicants who, within the context of the role responsibilities, possess the following key attributes:

• Demonstrated capabilities and experience in implementing fleet and equipment programs and strategies in a complex environment working with a range of diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to translate the needs of operational officers into functional products and services that are fit for purpose and operationally appropriate.
• Well-developed conceptual, problem solving and analytical skills including a demonstrated ability to interpret trend/output/outcome performance data to drive performance improvement.
• Innovative and analytical approach to problem-solving, with flexibility and agility in a rapidly changing and sensitive environment. Ability to provide expert analytical advice and recommendations to senior executives.
• Exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, consultation, and collaboration, including the ability to prepare high-level correspondence, presentations, and reports. Proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribution to corporate governance, strategic documents, and operational policies. Ability to offer expert input into broader QAS corporate governance and lead innovation in project planning.

The following mandatory requirements, special conditions and/or other requirements apply to this role:

• Applicants are required to hold an open Queensland “C” Class Driver's Licence (for a manual motor car) prior to closing date for applicants. (Interstate and
International applicants must hold an equivalent licence at the time of applying and will be expected to obtain a Queensland Driver's Licence upon appointment).
