About the Role
The Program Lead – CDS Reform is accountable to the Manager Policy and Legislation for strategic planning, management and delivery of reforms to South Australia’s Container Deposit Scheme (CDS) in consultation with internal and external stakeholders.

This involves the planning, coordination and implementation of reforms based on approved project plans that ensure the Director, Executive Leadership Team and Chief Executive can clearly track project objectives, milestones, budget implications, risks and forward planning.

The Program Lead – CDS Reform also provides expert advice on the commercial, contractual and implementation aspects of CDS reform and may represent the EPA or the Government on committees and other groups at the state or national levels as required.

The establishment and maintenance of networks and relationships with other individuals and agencies, both Government and non-Government, are an essential part of this responsibility, including maintaining networks to progress agreed CDS national harmonisation initiatives.
