About the role

As a bar attandent at the Finsbury Hotel, part of the ALH Group, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers. In this casual position, you will be responsible for operating tab and keno machines and assisting patrons in the hotel's bar and bistro.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and attentive customer service to all patrons

Accurately processing transactions and payments for tab and keno.

Monitoring tab activity and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations

Maintaining a clean and well-organised bar and bistro .

Proactively identifying and reporting any issues or concerns to management

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a tab and Keno , ideally within the hospitality industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and independently

Commitment to upholding high standards of security and compliance

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
