About The Role
Working as part of a dynamic FP&A function, this role will see you support both operational and corporate teams across international markets. You will play a key part in budgeting and forecasting processes, building insightful Power BI dashboards, and identifying opportunities for business improvement. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role that will suit someone who enjoys getting into the detail and partnering with stakeholders to drive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the FP&A Managers in delivering insightful financial analysis and reporting
• Assist with the budgeting and forecasting processes across global operations
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI
• Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Contribute to the development of business improvement initiatives and performance metrics
• Partner with key stakeholders across the business to drive informed decision making

About You:

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a similar commercial analyst or FP&A role
• CA/CPA qualified
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think laterally and challenge the status quo
• Advanced Excel skills and strong experience using data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI)
• Comfortable working with large data sets and transforming data into meaningful insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
