About the role

As a gaming staff member at the Finsbury Hotel, part of the ALH Group, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers. In this casual position, you will be responsible for operating gaming machines and assisting patrons in the hotel's gaming lounge.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and attentive customer service to all gaming patrons

Accurately processing transactions and payments for gaming machines

Monitoring gaming activity and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations

Maintaining a clean and well-organised gaming lounge environment

Proactively identifying and reporting any issues or concerns to management

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a gaming or customer service role, ideally within the hospitality industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service

Familiarity with the operation and troubleshooting of gaming machines

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and independently

Commitment to upholding high standards of security and compliance

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
