About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic gaming staff to join our team at the Chevron Tavern on Chevron Island, Queensland. This is a casual position, offering night shifts. As a member of our gaming team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards in our gaming facilities. Must have RSA, RSG AND RMLV.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and efficient customer service to our patrons in the gaming areas

Ensuring all gaming equipment is properly maintained and in good working order

Adhering to all relevant gaming regulations and internal policies

Assisting with the cash management and reconciliation of gaming machines

Actively promoting responsible gambling practices

Collaborating with the wider team to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a gaming-related role, preferably in the hospitality industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers

Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Familiarity with gaming regulations and responsible gambling practices

Must have RSA and RSG
