We're on the lookout for a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join a beautifully renovated, family-owned early learning service in Bundoora. This is far from your typical centre—think all-weather outdoor play, hands-on discovery, and a strong connection to nature woven into everyday experiences.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education + VIT OR ACECQA Assessed Equivalent
• Strong understanding of the EYLF, state and local childcare regulations.
• 1 year of experience minimum as an ECT running a room
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Full Australian Working Rights for 12 + months
• Willingness to work outdoors
