We are seeking a Senior Application Specialist to join the Digital Solutions team within the Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA). This role is responsible for supporting and maintaining the RTA’s Dynamics 365 business applications.
This position is a permanent, full-time role and is located in the Brisbane CBD with generous flexible working arrangements.
About the Opportunity:
The Senior Applications Specialist is responsible for supporting and maintaining the RTA’s Dynamics 365 (D365) business applications, working in tandem with the RTA's managed service provider (MSP). The role will also work with the business on developing and implementing automation strategies for business operations, with a focus on leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform suite. In addition to offering support, the role will build and maintain strong client relationships to provide technical guidance that supports strategic decision-making.
To be successful you will need:
Recent experience with D365 and Power Platform, including D365 Wave releases
Demonstrated experience implementing automation strategies within business operations
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work under pressure in an environment of competing priorities and managing multiple requests within strict deadlines
Technical expertise in M365 Product Suite
Demonstrated capability in application lifecycle management including system patching and wave release cycles
A proven track record working with and managing vendor partnerships and MSPs
Demonstrated ability to provide D365 and Power Platform technical support to the business where required.
