About the role
We have an opportunity for a Senior Application Developer to be part of our Technology and Communication Services Command Developer Team. The Senior Application Developer guides other application developers and leads in the creation of large or complex applications that facilitate the achievement of business outcomes through the use of process and technology.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in a senior .NET Leadership role or similar
- Proven experience in a senior Dynamics 365 leadership role or similar
- Proven experience in a senior Microsoft 365 leadership role of similar
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI development with strong focus on Model driven Apps.
- Experience with Data integration, including APIs, REST services, and Microsoft Dataverse.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, DAX, and Gitor Azure Devops
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated experience leading team of software developers
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Understanding of Project Management and Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with Azure services such as Azure Logic Apps and Functions, knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks, and knowledge of SharePoint development and configuration is an advantage.
