About the role

Berwick Village Jewellers' is looking for a friendly and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team in our Berwick, VIC store. This is a casual position, offering flexible working hours.

What you'll be doing

Providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with product selection

Maintaining a neat and tidy store presentation

Processing sales transactions, including cash handling and operating the point-of-sale system

Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed with ticketing etc

Reporting & supporting the store manager with other duties as required

Occasionally assisting with social media, taking photos for content

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, in jewellery is an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently

Trustworthy, enthusiasm, dedication and a positive attitude is a must

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, Working on Saturdays are a must
