About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Estate Sales Manager to join our team at Essentia Projects new projects in Warragul / Drouin. The position is permanent part-time and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of our residential development in the area.

Working with the Directors of the company you will get complete support to understand the Project Sales environment. This exciting opportunity for an experienced sales person will suit an individual who wants to be part of a new team.
Essentia Projects will provide you the opportunity to learn a variety of skills, not limited to but including understanding sales, marketing, promoting and developing business.
Organise and attend community events to foster a sense of community among residents, builders and the local community
The role is flexible with Estimated 3 Days onsite in our Sales Office and 4 to 5 hours per day, other than that the role is flexible for you to work from home.
Some of your key responsibilities include:
Client Liaison; First point of contact at our Land Sales Office’s.
Lead Nurturing and Follow ups; Follow up new leads and Integrate with our CRM with up to date current status of the project, leads , sales and contracts.
Relationship Building; Work at engaging local builder relationships
Market Analysis; Review competing developments in the area and keep abreast of their current sales and pricing
Team Collaboration; Work closely with the overall Essentia Projects Team
Reporting: Provide Monthly updates to the senior management team.Integrate with our CRM for up to date current status of the project, leads , sales and contracts.
The Successful Applicant
In order to be successful in this role, you will have:
• Great people to people skills and enjoy customer service
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar estate management or property management role
• Excellent communication skills, providing excellent customer service and addressing any queries
• Ability to work independently and proactively to drive results
• Previous experience in the Real Estate Industry
• Current Agents Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
• A desire to grow your career
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• A high level of personal presentation
• The ability to work in a team environment and independently
• Understand the off the plan process
• A driver’s licence or the ability to travel, if required (meetings, training and more).
