Position Title: Sales Agent/Estate Manager

Location: Heartland Estate, 175 Crinigan Road, Morwell

Employment Type: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

About the Role

Heartland Estate is an exciting 800-lot community currently under development. We are seeking a

driven and enthusiastic Sales Agent to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales

professional passionate about land sales and committed to shaping a thriving new community.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Conduct proactive prospecting and canvassing to generate leads and attract potential land

buyers.

• Manage inquiries efficiently, providing expert guidance and exceptional customer service.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets, with a minimum goal of one sale per week.

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, house and land coordinators, and

wholesale partners.

• Engage with the investment community to expand sales opportunities.

Sales Operations

• Oversee land sales office operations on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays (11 AM – 5 PM).

• Represent Heartland Estate at sales events, showcasing product knowledge and fostering

customer interest.

Team Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with the Koham headquarters sales team and Morwell 175 PTY LTD on Mondays

and Tuesdays.

• Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions to refine sales strategies.

• Monitor market trends and provide insightful reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or land sales (valid RIEV license required).

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales.
