Spaces Pty. Ltd., a leading Architectural firm based in the heart of St.Kilda, seeking a talented Architect and Senior Documentor to join our dynamic team in the field of Architecture. As an Architect or Senior Documentor, you will play a vital role in the design and development of innovative, sustainable projects that shape the future of our city and the education state. This is a full-time position located in our St.Kilda Victoria office, offering opportunities for career growth and professional development.

What you'll be doing

Assist the Director and Leaders in the design and documentation of complex architectural projects, including Commercial, Educational, Residential and Mixed-use developments

Contribute to the creation of detailed design drawings, specifications and other technical documentation

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project requirements are met and deadlines are achieved

Conduct site visits and participate in project meetings to gather information and provide updates

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies and building codes

Actively contribute to the firm's continuous improvement and innovation initiatives

What we're looking for

A degree in Architecture or a related Construction field

Good technical skills in design software, including Revit is a must (5 years min.)

Knowledge of Building codes, construction methods and materials

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Effective communication and collaboration abilities

Passion for design, documentation, management and a commitment to the architectural profession
