They are seeking a Senior Architect or Associate-level professional to lead and contribute to significant projects within these sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of aged care and multi-residential projects from concept to completion

Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members

Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and quality standards

Skills & Experience

Master's Degree is Architecture and ARBV Registration

Minimum 10 years of post-graduate experience, with a focus on aged care and multi-residential projects

Proficiency in Revit

Ideally an understanding of designing for mental health in aged care settings

Excellent communication skills, leadership, and project management skills
