We're looking for two dynamic Workplace Effectiveness Consultants (WECs) to join our team on a max term basis until 30th Jan, 2026, full-time opportunity. You'll play a key role in developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures, guides, and training videos to enable our Stores and logistics team. You will work on processes from the Enablement Project, collaborating closely with the People Team (Training, HRBPs, Risk, Volunteer Management), frontline team members, subject matter experts and varied array of stakeholders to deliver holistic, fit-for-purpose solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop, update, and deliver procedures, step guides, quick reference guides, and other resources from the Enablement Project.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover what's working, what's not, and what could be even better, creating targeted solutions.
  • Get creative with microlearning modules and explanatory videos using tools like Articulate 360 and Vyond.
  • Research external rules, regulations, and requirements to ensure materials are accurate and compliant.
  • Ensure all initiatives support the broader Salvos Stores People Team and TSA strategy.

What You Bring to the Table:

You're a process-driven professional with project coordination experience, skilled in project management methodologies and keeping projects on track, even during busy times. Your expertise may span areas such as learning and development, organisational development, and training, with an added advantage if you've created learning or microlearning modules. You're adept at research and analysis, transforming complex data into actionable insights will be highly regarded.

Key capabilities include:

  • Experience in retail, warehousing, or logistics and knowledge in risk; ideal but not essential.
  • Tech-savvy with familiarity in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and project mapping or management tools. Bonus points if you have experience with Vyond 360, Articulate or other similar tools.
  • A natural team player, you collaborate easily and enjoy bouncing ideas around.
  • Your problem-solving skills are second to none, with a knack for lateral thinking and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly and document information in concise, easy-to-read formats.

We know that not everyone will meet every single requirement. If you're excited about this role and think you have relevant skills or experience, we encourage you to apply. Your unique background could be just what we're looking for.
