I’m working with a growing food manufacturing company that’s looking for a Maintenance Team Leader to lead their engineering team on-site. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong hands-on skills and some team leadership experience to step into a key role.

The Role: As Maintenance Team Leader, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading and supporting a small team of engineers
• Overseeing day-to-day maintenance tasks – both reactive and planned
• Making sure work is done safely and efficiently
• Helping reduce breakdowns and improve equipment reliability
• Working closely with production to keep operations running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a maintenance role, ideally in manufacturing
• Some leadership or supervisory experience (team lead, shift lead, etc.)
• Good mechanical skills
• Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ Level 3, HNC, or similar)
• A positive, hands-on approach and good problem-solving skills
