We're searching for a hands-on Maintenance Foreman to lead a talented team of maintenance fitters at a dynamic site in Montrose. If you're passionate about driving uptime, embedding safety-first practices, and leading from the front - this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading day-to-day maintenance operations for mobile and fixed plant assets.
  
• Managing preventative maintenance schedules to deliver maximum plant uptime.
  
• Driving a safety-first culture - running toolbox talks, enforcing safe work practices, and setting the standard.
  
• Overseeing workshop operations, contractor management, and spare parts inventory.
  
• Mentoring your team, solving problems, and continuously lifting performance.
  

What You'll Bring:

• Trade qualification with 10+ years' maintenance experience with Mobile plant Machinery
  
• Strong leadership and coaching skills - you know how to get the best out of your team.
  
• Solid mechanical, electrical, and plant equipment knowledge.
  
• A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  
• Forklift/EWP licences desirable but not essential.
