About the role

What you'll be doing

Responding to customer inquiries and concerns across multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat)

Troubleshooting issues, providing clear explanations, and guiding customers to the best solutions

Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information in our systems

Identifying opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the enhancement of our customer service offering

Supporting the team and collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment, ideally within the retail or service industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide empathetic support

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer queries

Proficiency in using customer service software and technology

A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
