Our Brisbane City office is thriving—and now we’re looking for an experienced, people-focused Customer Service Officer to join our close-knit team.

About the Role:
As the lead point of contact for customer communications, you’ll handle inbound enquiries by phone and email, ensuring every customer feels heard, supported, and valued.

We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills and a natural instinct for solving problems. You’ll be empowered to make customer-first decisions, manage disputes with empathy and professionalism, and play a key role in retaining and growing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls, emails, and texts from existing customers

Build strong client relationships to support long-term retention and referrals

Resolve disputes confidently and professionally, always with a customer-first mindset

Provide feedback to the internal team on recurring issues or opportunities

Help maintain a high standard of customer care across every interaction

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in a high-volume or service-based setting

Previous experience supporting home services, trades, or field-based industries is highly preferred

Proven skill in dispute resolution and managing complex or sensitive conversations

Ability to work independently and make sound customer-facing decisions

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Friendly, professional, and solution-oriented

A genuine interest in helping others and supporting team culture

Experience with job scheduling or CRM systems (e.g., Jobber, HubSpot) is a plus
