About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Onsite Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of the recruitment process, managing everything from candidate interviews to client stakeholder meetings. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth operations and building lasting relationships with clients and employees alike.
Role Details:
Position: Full-time, Onsite
Location: Edinburgh
Hours:
Tuesday to Friday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Or Monday to Friday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Hours and work days can be negotiated for the right person
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process for warehouse pickers, conducting thorough interviews, vetting candidates, and selecting top talent to meet operational needs.
People Management: Provide guidance and coaching to warehouse pickers, addressing any performance or attendance issues promptly and effectively.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their warehouse staffing needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
Roster Management: Create and manage accurate rosters, ensuring optimal coverage while balancing employee preferences and operational requirements.
Safety: Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety by conducting safety training, regular audits, and implementing proactive safety initiatives to protect all employees.
Performance Management: Monitor the performance of warehouse pickers on the floor, offering feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure high productivity and adherence to company standards.
Skills and Experience:
Experience in a customer service or HR role is essential.
Previous recruitment experience is an advantage but not required.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build professional relationships.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
