Magenta Shores Golf & Country Club is seeking an enthusiastic and service-focused individual to join our team as a Casual Food & Beverage Golf Cart Attendant. This is a dynamic, on-course role ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, delivering exceptional customer service, and being part of a supportive and professional team.

This is a casual position, with regular shifts on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00am to 3:00pm, and occasional shifts on Wednesdays, depending on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Serving Food & Beverages: Prepare and serve drinks and snacks to golfers on the course.

Customer Service: Deliver a friendly, efficient experience to Members and Guests throughout their game.

Cart Management: Safely drive and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the food & beverage golf cart.

Order Taking & Payment: Accurately take orders, handle cash/EFTPOS transactions, and provide correct change.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and communicate with team leads regarding low inventory or high-performing items.

Safety: Operate the cart safely and in accordance with Club safety protocols.

Course Knowledge: Be familiar with the layout of the course and location of amenities to assist golfers as needed.

Cleaning & Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of the cart, utensils, and work area during and after shifts.

Skills & Qualifications:

Valid NSW Driver’s License (required)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent customer service and a positive attitude

Basic maths skills for cash handling and inventory tracking

Food safety knowledge (certification preferred but not essential)

Physically fit and able to be on your feet for extended periods

Flexible availability, including weekends and occasional weekdays

Knowledge of golf operations would be advantageous but not essential
